Here are some sample projects that I’ve enjoyed working on. I’ve included projects that I feel feature my diversity and adaptability when working with various mediums and styles.

CTV Vancouver

As Senior Graphic Designer at CTV Vancouver, I was responsible for adapting the CTV brand to a wide range of different formats and platforms. This included designing and prepping files for outdoor signage such as bus shelters or billboards, digital billboards, magazine advertisements, bus wraps and promotional material. I also created mobile app graphics for a variety of devices as well as station identities that promoted feature stories or events on our newscast.

Vancouver International Jazz Festival

For many years, I was involved in the creation of commercials for the Vancouver International Jazz Festival. I really enjoyed the opportunity to work on these since it gave me a chance to indulge in some of my favourite design styles and, in the process, learn new techniques and technology. I’ve included some of my favourites below.

All album covers were created in Photoshop and animated in After Effects
All graphical elements created in Illustrator and Photoshop and animated in After Effects.
All footage was shot by myself with a Canon 6D. Graphic elements such as posters, graffiti and flyers were created in Photoshop and Illustrator and then motion tracked to the footage using After Effects.

2020 BC Leaders Debate

In 2020 I was commissioned by the BC Leaders Debate Consortium to provide a graphics package for a televised debate appearing on BC’s local news networks.

OneCoffee

A promotional campaign for OneCoffee, including motion graphics and a logo animation for a commercial spot and various online ads.

From their website:
“…our desire is to provide a better coffee in a more sustainable option for those choosing to brew single-serve coffees.”

PING Presentation

A project recently completed for Arria NuSutus showcasing PING, an advanced AI software designed for Domino’s Franchisees.

I created the opening and closing animations in After Effects, as well as motion graphics throughout. iPhone animations were created using Element 3D for After Effects, and I also did iPhone screen replacements using the tracking capabilities of Mocha AE for After Effects.

Pan-Abode International Logo Animation

A 10 second logo animation for Pan-Abode International as part of a presentation created by Diamondhead Films. Created in After Effects.
